We ship most products via surface mail, direct from our suppliers. This provides significant savings in warehousing and other third-party costs. We pass these savings on to you, which is why our prices are so competitive!
Our delivery times to New Zealand and Australia are typically between 2 - 4 weeks. Our international delivery times are typically between 3 - 6 weeks. In very rare circumstances, delivery can take up to 45 days. This is caused by circumstances outside of our control (holiday season demand, port disputes, weather events, etc.)
So the delivery is only a few more weeks than you're used to, and the savings you get for this are HUGE! As we always say, 'good things come to those who wait.'
Delivery time guarantee
We know on occasion a product gets lost in transit. And in rare circumstances a product can get stuck in your country's customs system.
That's why, if for any reason, your order still remains undelivered after 60 days, we provide a FULL PRODUCT REFUND.
This is a no questions asked guarantee. If the product does not arrive within 60 days, we refund you in full. If the product is then located, or released from customs, after this period, you will receive both the product and the refund.
Faulty goods / goods not as described
If, for any reason, the product supplied is faulty, or defective, or the product supplied is not as described on the website, we'll provide a FULL PRODUCT REFUND.
We'll usually ask for some sort of evidence (a photo for instance), that the product is defective / not as described. We'll also ask for the product to be returned. There will be no cost to you for returning the product.
If you would prefer a replacement product, rather than a refund. We'll apply the steps above, and get your product reordered.
Change of mind / incorrect product
We know that shopping online can come with a few risks. Sometimes you choose the incorrect size, or colour, of a product. Sometimes life just gets in the way of stuff. We get it, we shop online too!
But we don't want this to deter you from shopping online. So we provide a returns/exchange process to prevent your purchase from becoming a regret.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and must be in the original packaging.
Our returns/exchange policy lasts for 30 days from your purchase being delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We will require the product to be returned. This will usually be at your expense. Once the product has been returned, and confirmed, we will issue a refund, or store credit, whichever you choose.
We reserve the right to accept, or otherwise, a return or exchange request.
